Yes, working my Chrysler 200 myself, I have removed the driver door panel switch to verify the connection. I have removed the wire boot between the door and main vehicle to check for broken wires. I have been thru all the fuses, checked to see if broken, in the fuse box under the hood. As suggested above, first check with dealership to see if it is under warranty.
